1. Operator and acceptance
VENDO is operated by VENDO LLC, at 10 Rue D'Espagne, Cite Chebaw, Oued Ellil, Manouba 2021, Tunisia. By creating an account, publishing a listing, contacting a seller, or otherwise using VENDO, you accept these terms and the linked marketplace policies.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. VENDO’s role
VENDO provides listing, discovery, messaging, verification, and moderation tools. VENDO is not the buyer, seller, owner, carrier, guarantor, escrow agent, or payment provider for transactions arranged through the service.
Protected payments, delivery guarantees, and paid promotion are not part of the current release. Users decide whether to transact and remain responsible for inspecting items, verifying counterparties, agreeing terms, and complying with applicable law.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Protect your password and authenticator codes; never share them.
- Use one account per person unless VENDO approves a business arrangement.
- Notify vendo88@proton.me promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Listings and transactions
- Listings must be truthful, owned or lawfully offered, correctly categorized, and supported by current photos.
- Prices, condition, location, availability, and seller identity must not be deceptive.
- Users must not move conversations off-platform to evade safety controls or request advance payment using misleading claims.
- Taxes, registrations, permits, warranties, returns, transport, and any transaction contract remain the parties’ responsibility.
5. Moderation and enforcement
VENDO may review, delay, reject, restrict, remove, or preserve content and accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Verification is an evidence-based signal, not a guarantee of conduct, solvency, ownership, or item quality.
Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the moderation policy. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to suspension or permanent termination.
6. Liability and service availability
VENDO is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VENDO LLC is not liable for user content, off-platform conduct, transaction loss, indirect loss, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Features may change for security, legal, performance, or product reasons. Material changes to these terms will be announced through the service or account contact details.
7. Contact and governing rules
Questions or disputes should first be sent to vendo88@proton.me with the relevant listing, conversation, or report reference. These terms are governed by applicable Tunisian law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
